Hi, I'm Hayley Dennis.
Born in the States, raised in the UK, based in Boston.
She/her/hers.
I'm a Visual Designer with a BA in Graphic Design and Information Design, and over 6 years of experience as an in-house, agency, and freelance designer. Currently based in Medford, Massachusetts.

I have been known for my "considered approach," "thoughtful design" and "incredible creativity." I thrive on helping take my client's information, no matter how confusing or complex, and designing an intuitive, attractive, and accessible solution. In all my work I advocate for accessible design practices to help users of all abilities and needs.
Most recently I worked with Collective Next, a small consulting agency for about a year (before a department layoff). While there I collaborated on projects with clients from Fortune 500 companies including websites, illustrations, presentations, infographics, and some motion graphics.
Before this, I worked for over 4 years as a Designer for the in-house creative team for WGBH, Boston's local public media, and PBS's largest distributor of national programs. I designed for local media and national clients including NOVA, Masterpiece, NASA, and the White House (Obama Administration).
I have also spent years as a freelance designer for various local non-profits, universities, medical start-ups, and tech-related companies.
Outside of my design work, I am passionate about education, live music, stand-up comedy, science fiction, cold brew, crosswords, and my cat, Neelix.
Currently seeking new full-time or contract opportunities.
